MONDAY 9:15 AM. GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION Suitable for all levels. Move, breathe, meditate and start your week the best way possible!
TUESDAY 9:15 AM. GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION
4:15 PM. CHAIR YOGA. (will continue until Daylight Savings Time). Suitable for ANYONE but especially those who have difficulty getting on the floor or have physical limitations.
5:45 PM. YOGI'S CHOICE Sore neck? Tired back? Stiff hips? Whatever you need in that moment.
THURSDAY. 5:45 PM EVE. YOGA & MEDITATION. A little strength, a little stretch, a lot of zen!
7 PM. PEACEFUL YOGA. Poses are done with support to quiet and bring ease to the body and mind.
SATURDAY 9:15 & 10:30 AM. AM YOGA & MEDITATION. Move, breathe, meditate. Start your weekend on a good note!
12:00. STRENGTH THROUGH YOGA. This class will challenge your body & mind to be present and focused.
