NEW SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE JUNE 5TH

MONDAY   5:45 PM.  EVENING YOGA & MEDITATION.  Suitable for all levels.  A little strength, a little stretch & a short meditation.  The perfect blend of zen!  (through 6/19)

TUESDAY     7 AM GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE!  (45 MINS) ZOOM ONLY   Breathe, move your body and head off into your day feeling great!

                       4:15 PM  CHAIR YOGA. This class is perfect for beginners or if you have trouble getting on the ground.  Gentle movement for the whole body.   BEGINS 6/13

                        5:40 PM. PEACEFUL YOGA.  Poses are done with support to quiet and bring ease to the mind and body.

FRIDAY.  9AM. GENTLE YOGA. Ease into your day with gentle movement to wake up the whole body.    (through 6/23)

 

SATURDAY  9AM. AM YOGA & MEDITATION.  Move, breathe, meditate. Start your weekend on a good note!
