MONDAY     6:00 pm  EVENING YOGA & MEDITATION   

  

                          

 

THURSDAY   9:15 AM  GENTLE YOGA  (can also be done in a chair)

nothing crazy!  wake your body up in the best way.  A little movement a little stretch, a lot of zen!

​

 

                       6 PM. PEACEFUL YOGA. Poses are done with support to quiet and bring ease to the body and mind.

SATURDAY  9:00    AM YOGA & MEDITATION.  

 

                     10:15  STRENGTH THROUGH YOGA.   This class will challenge your body & mind to be present and focused.  

​

ANY CLASS FREE FOR MILITARY VETERANS WITH I.D.
