MONDAY. 5:45 PM. BACK CARE & CORE. If you suffer from back pain or SI joint problems, this class will help strengthen your back, core and supporting structures.

TUESDAY  9:15 AM. GENTLE YOGA. great for overall gentle movement, stretch and release.  Appropriate for all levels, arthritis relief, and finding your zen!

                    5:45 PM. MILITARY VETERANS CLASS PARTNERED WITH VETERANS ONE-STOP CENTER OF BUFFALO.  FREE FOR VETERANS.  GENTLE CLASS SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS.

WEDNESDAY.  5:45 PM. YOGA FOR THOSE WHO SIT ALL DAY.    focus is on asana to counteract effects of sitting:  poor posture and weak/tight muscles.  

THURSDAY.    9:15 AM.  GENTLE YOGA 

                          5:45 PM. BACK CARE & CORE

                          7:15 PM  MEDITATION    Each month we will focus on one type of meditation.  Class begins with some movement.  All levels welcome!!  50 MINS.

SATURDAY AM CLASS SUSPENDED UNTIL FALL!!
